Thank you for your interest in publishing with the Rutgers Law Record. The Law Record is a general interest legal journal that is published solely on the internet throughout the fall and spring of each year. The Law Record is changing to a more dynamic, accessible format. Each issue of the Record will serve as an online symposium, featuring several short, scholarly articles that revolve around a single, unifying legal topic. The Law Record strives to incorporate works from all corners of the legal field, soliciting articles from scholars and academics, legal practitioners, and members of the judiciary, while also welcoming student produced work in an effort to foster a broad array of perspectives.
